RedHookWaterfront.com is a service provided by Pier 41 Associates, a commercial real estate partnership managed by long-time Brooklyn resident Greg O’Connell. Pier 41 Associates has rehabilitated over 60 properties in South Brooklyn, concentrating most recently on restoring several abandoned 19th-century warehouses along the Red Hook waterfront. We're currently working on the Red Hook Stores Warehouse, future home to Fairway Market. |

We are pleased to share with you many years of planning and hard work. Red Hook is a diverse community. We’ve had our share of controversy, but we all agree on one thing. We’re here because we love the neighborhood and care about it. We hope to share our vision with you, show you some of the exciting things you can find here, and yes, promote what we're doing. We take great pride in our community
involvement. We have hosted the Brooklyn
Waterfront Artists Coalition art shows and the Red Hook Waterfront
Arts Festival for over a decade. We have provided free space for Red
Hook Rise, Floating
the Apple and the Waterfront
Museum & Showboat Barge, local non-profits that offer arts, education
and recreation programs for neighborhood kids. We are also working with
the Fifth Avenue Committee
to help provide low-income housing in an area burgeoning with gentrification,
and we have deliberately cultivated a great mix of diverse business tenants
and entrepreneurs. All in all, it makes Red Hook an exciting place to
live, work and visit. Please email us with any questions or comments. Check back with us often or come and visit. (maps and directions)
